Our capital comes from a single family office, allowing us to be flexible with respect to the company size we target and investment amount.
Typically, we look for brands with product in market. In unique cases, we will partner with founders on day one. Our first investments are in Seed through Series A with additional follow-on capital into Series B and beyond. We are drawn to companies and entrepreneurs who share some of our values and interests.
Early Stage
Company Size:
$1 million to $10 million in trailing twelve-month revenue
Investment Amount:
$100,000 to $500,000
Growth Equity
Company Size:
Greater than $10 million in trailing twelve-month revenue with a history of positive cash flow and EBITDA
Investment Amount:
$1 million to $3 million with the ability to expand with additional co-investors
